Your insurance is gladly accepted.  Insurances that are accepted at this time include:

• Aetna

• Highmark

• Medical Assistance/Performcare

• Quest

• Blue Cross Blue Shield and traditional PPO plans

  *Capital Blue Cross is not currently accepted at this time

Additionally, private-pay clients are welcomed. Please contact me for information regarding rates of service for self-pay visits.

If you would like to access your "out-of-network" benefits, I can provide you with a statement for reimbursement form (also called a superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement for the cost of the sessions this way.  A word of warning though: in order to do this, I am required by insurance companies to give you a "diagnosis code" which will become part of your permanent medical record.  Please contact your insurance provider to make sure your policy includes out of network mental health providers and counseling services.
